Srishti Kukreja Gangadhar Kisan is a tribal farmer in Odisha’s remote Sundargarh region. Farmers in the region had a problem. Thanks to the state government’s new irrigation projects, the vegetable and grain yields shot up. But there was no market for their increased output. This is how Gangadhar, the young CEO of Chhedlagan Farmer Producer Company solved the problem, disrupting the local market, risking his life and limb.
